
Pilates Floor
Joseph Pilates designed this exercise format to strengthen and lengthen the body, connect with the mind and enhance physical well-being. An eight-week, progressive beginner class helps one gain control of the mind and body. The on-going or level 2 classes can then be taken to challenge the core, balance and strength in new ways!

Pilates Apparatus
The Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair, Spine Corrector, etc.) was designed to help strengthen certain body connections, reduce imbalances and improve flexibility. This class is like yoga on a weight machine. The equipment is fun, challenging, new and exciting! Beginner to advanced levels are available from approximately 5:00am-9:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday and weekend days. A 3-hour Foundations Workshop is required to start Pilates Apparatus classes.

Relaxation/Guided Imagery
In these stressful times, taking time for yourself is a challenge. Learn techniques to relax the mind and body to improve your health and well-being.

Yoga
Mild, therapeutic, kids, power, vinyasa, fitness and Prenatal yoga classes offer a variety of levels to help you reach your goals. Level 1 classes need to be mastered before joining Level 2. Relaxation and guided imagery classes may also be available.

Tai Chi
A beautiful, flowing movement class designed to lubricate the body and calm the mind. Work on balance, enhance energy and improve flexibility in these relaxing classes. Great for all levels.

Ayurveda
Sean Bradrick, Certified Ayurvedic Consultant, uses a holistic approach to give you an individualized strategy for balance, healing and health-maintainance. Much of what we refer to as "complimentary medicine" has it's basis in ayurveda. Ayurveda uses nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, rest and relaxation, meditation, breathing exercises, sound, color, and aromatherapy, acupressure, massage techniques, medicinal herbs, cleansing and rejuvenation programs for healing the body and mind. Ayurveda does not concentrate on treating the disease but rather the individual being.

Other Programs
Classes, seminars, workshops, teacher training and other programs are offered throughout the year. Class suggestions are always encouraged and we will do our best to offer programs you would like to attend.

Kids Programs
Children should learn self-control and other life enhancing strategies to overcome the stresses facing us today. Focus, improved fitness and a sense of calm are bound to improve your childs self-esteem while teaching them great techniques to help throughout their life.
