Reservations

Our online registration program (link below) is available to reserve classes, massage appointments and shows cancellations and other program information.

Create a user ID and password.
Enter in your information/data as requested; please enter your email so the system will send you confirmation and reminder emails. We do not give your info out to anyone! We do not do phone message reminders.
Select "Massage", " Workshop", "Floor Class" or "Pilates Equipment" tab.
Select an available time. Select "Sign Up Now" for classes.
Payment must be made at time of reservation to hold the appointment.
An 8-hour cancellation notice applies to all programs or the registered session is forfeited (see cancellation procedures below). This may change back to 24 hour notice.

Discounts

Expiration dates apply. See studio for details. Only one discount per person per package (except referral credits can be accumulated).
Buy one floor drop-in class, get one floor class free is for adult or kids classes. Select "BOGO Floor New Clients Trial" or "Kids: BOGO Trial" online.
Buy one adult 8-week floor package and get $50 off another 8 week adult floor package. Select one of the 16-week "BOGO Floor" options online listed as for one, two or unlimited days per week.
Buy one kids 8-week package and get $25 off another 8 weeks. Select "BOGO Kids Trial" 16-week option online.
Refer your friends and get a one-time credit for each person who registers for our programs (examples if both people registered for: 1x/week floor=$10; 2x/week floor=$20; 1x/week eqpt=$30; 2x/week eqpt=$40). Refer as many people as you want and earn mega money back towards your programs!
Get 10% OFF the 2nd person and 20% off the third (& 20% per person after that) in the same family (husband, wife, kids under 18).
We can set up a class just for your Wedding, Birthday or other special event.

Groupon--Floor Classes

Thank you for purchasing our coupon. We are eager to have you join our classes.

Select "Payment".
Do not use the "FREE" class designation as a coupon/groupon. This payment option is designated for actual free classes/workshops we are offering and does not apply to your coupon.
Select the coupon you purchased "Groupon--5 Floor Classes" (exp 3/15/12).
Create a user id and password if you do not have one yet.
Enter the required information and check the "I Agree" box.
Enter your groupon UPC number in the notes section in your account.
Finish the transaction with "Place Order".
Once the payment has been accepted, you can choose any floor class to attend. Select "Sign Up Now" for any session floor session.
Bring in a copy of your coupon and waivers (REQUIRED) to your first class.
Sign in on the form located on the front shoe cubby and check "online punchcard" EACH time you come in for class.
An 8-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid forfeiture of the session.

Groupon--Massage/Reiki

You can reserve an appointment for massage online following the directions below. To save time, please print and complete the waiver forms in the link below and bring them with you to your first appointment. If you have a coupon, bring in a copy as it is REQUIRED for your session to proceed.

- Create a user ID and password.
- Enter in your information/data as requested; please enter your email so the system will send you confirmation and reminder emails. We do not give your info out to anyone!
- The schedule is set up on a 75-minute schedule starting at 7:45am (7:45, 9:00, 10:15, 11:30, 12:45, 2:00, 3:15, 4:30, 5:45 and 7:00pm are the only options). We are booking 2-4 weeks out.
- You can do a search for certain days/times to look for appointment availability. Select "Find An Appointment". You can search for "All Instructors" (the quickest way to get an appointment) or a specific massage type or therapist. {Swedish--Hanna, Jennifer, Luke and Cassandra; Hot Stone--Luke and Hanna only; Reiki--Luke and Ryan (Ryan schedules his own appointments).
- Select "Payment" tab.
- What kind of series: Select "Massage Therapy".
- Select Series: "Swedish or Hot Stone" (May) or "Reiki" (Sept)
- Select "Make Purchase".
- Enter your groupon UPC number in the NOTES section of your account.
- Select "Checkout".
- Select "Place order".
- You will receive a confirmation email to your address if the massage appointment was reserved correctly and also 2 days prior to your appointment. If you do not get an email, please contact the studio to confirm your session.
- 8-hour cancellation notice is required or the registered session is forfeited.

Cancelling your reservation

An 8-hour notice is required to cancel reservations to get a credit put back into your online account to use at your convenience. If less than 8-hour notice, the session is forfeited. Even if notice is less than 8-hours, it is appreciated if you can still "late" cancel so someone else can use your spot. No shows may incur a $10 fee.

Log in to your account.
Select "My Info".
Select "My Schedule".
Select "Cancel" on the far right in yellow.
