Pilates Foundations
This workshop is required to participate in the Pilates Equipment classes. Cues, basics, alignment and posture are covered so you get more out of your sessions while in class.
Restorative Yoga
Would you like an opportunity to de-stress and release during the busy holiday season? This restorative yoga class could be exactly what you need. During this 90-minute class, students will rest, completely supported, in approximately 6 different poses. Each pose is held for 5-6 minutes allowing a deep release of the muscles and quiet settling of the mind leaving one to feel nourished and well-rested.
