All of the classes teach you how to move and align the body in a safe, effective way.  Muscles you never knew you had will be engaged.  Concentration is on the deeper, stabilizing, core muscles of the body.  Practiced regularly, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and other mindbody programs can lower blood pressure, enhance mental and physical balance, improve body functions, reduce body fat, increase lung capacity and more! 

Most classes offer modifications for all levels, but some classes are tagged as certain levels;

(ex: 1=beginner; 2=advanced beginner; 3=intermediate, etc).  A minimum of 4 students is needed to maintain the class schedule.

Pilates Foundations Workshop:  Learn about the principles and fundamentals of posture, alignment and pilates.  This class will teach you how to do things correctly, utilizing the deeper muscles of the core.  Required before taking equipment classes and highly recommended for all floor classes. Yoga Foundations Workshop:  Simple, effective exercises to balance the mind and body. A great class for beginners to dive in to yoga! Learn the basic exercises and philosophy of traditional yoga practices.  Check special events calendar.  (2 ˝- 3 hrs)

Belly Dance:  Learn traditional belly dance techniques, work the abdominals deeply and feel like a princess!! Improve your grace and strength in this fun-filled class (must register for one or two days per week for 8 weeks).

Chakra Yoga:  This energizing flow yoga class will focus on the main 7 chakras focusing on each one to balance mind, body and life!!

Hot/Power Yoga: This class will be in a heated room (about 85 degrees) to enhance warming up the body to get a good sweat going. A vinyasa, flowing, style format of traditional yoga asana will be practiced.

Hyp-Yoga:  Learn to control the mind as well as the body! Positive affirmations are utilized in this class to change the brain to think healthier thoughts. This class is great for those with little or no experience!

Pilates:  Learn how to find the deeper muscles of the core and feel the heat! Pilates can reshape your body through control, precision and deep work!  This class will focus on individual body types, issues and needs while utilizing traditional pilates exercises & props.

PiYo:  Feel like liquid steel blending Pilates, Yoga &/or Tai Chi linked together to strengthen the body & focus the mind. 

Prenatal Pilates:  Safe, effective exercises to help with back pain, strength or easing in to exercise before delivery. Doctor’s clearance needed.

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga: Traditional yogic information and postures will be addressed in this program to enhance mind, body and spirit! Donna studied with Deepak Chopra!

Slow Flow Yoga:  This class will focus on exercises in a more gentle way for those needing to move slowly and focus on each pose.

Tai Chi:  Tai Chi utilizes fluid, beautiful movements to improve balance, strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory components.

Yoga:  Learn the essence, exercises, meditation and relaxation aspects of traditional yoga.
