$150 8-week class (2x/week/16 classes; only $9.37 ea) $1100 per year unlimited floor (BEST VALUE)
$250 8-week combo program (1x/week each floor and equipment; 8 week expiration)
The Foundations Workshops are highly recommended for all pilates and yoga classes. All packages are pre-paid, non-refundable, and not transferable. Specialty classes and programs are excluded from packages (see descriptions below). Receive up to $40 credit for your classes for everyone you refer to our studio!
All of the classes teach you how to move the body in a safe, effective way and offer modifications for all levels. Muscles you never knew you had will be engaged. Concentration is on the deeper, stabilizing, core muscles of the body. Practiced regularly, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and other mindbody programs can lower blood pressure, enhance mental and physical balance, improve body functions, reduce body fat, increase lung capacity and more!
FREE Intro to Mind-Body Programs: Experience tai chi, yoga, pilates mat and pilates equipment movements. Dress for a lite workout and try these potent practices. Find something that you will love to do on a regular basis and see why these programs are so popular. Check the special events calendar for dates/times.
FREE Intro to Pilates Equipment: Experience pilates equipment exercises and see why the equipment can help you find your core! Check the special events calendar for dates/times.
Pilates Foundations Workshop: Learn about the principles and fundamentals of posture, alignment and pilates. This lecture and lite movement class will teach you how to do things correctly, utilizing the deeper muscles of the core. Required before taking equipment classes and highly recommended for all floor classes. Check special events calendar. (2 ˝- 3 hrs) Group-$69 Duet-$89 Trio-$99 Private-$129
Yoga Foundations Workshop: Simple, effective exercises to balance the mind and body. A great class for beginners to dive in to yoga! Learn the basic exercises and philosophy of traditional yoga practices. Check special events calendar. (2 hrs) Group-$29 Duet-$39 Trio-$49 Private-$79
*Belly Dance: Learn traditional belly dance techniques, work the abdominals deeply and feel like a princess!! Improve your grace and strength in this fun-filled class. (registration required; not included in the punchcard system; drop-ins not allowed; instructor approval for advanced class).
Cardio Pilates: Pick up your workouts a notch, breathe deeply and sweat a lot with this power-packed class.
Hatha Yoga I: This gentle yoga class includes poses, breathing and meditation practices. Great for all levels to stretch and get back to basics.
Intro to Yoga: This introductory class will consist of learning 5 basic poses each week. It is designed to build upon the previous class but, not required. Great for all levels. FREE!
Kids Yoga: Kids pick up yoga so naturally. Learning good habits young will help maintain that balance throughout life. (ages 6-12)
Kung Fu: Learn the traditional essence of this ancient martial are form of balancing mind, body and spirit in a powerful way!
Pilates: Learn how to find the deeper muscles of the core and feel the heat! Pilates can reshape your body through control, precision and deep work! This class will focus on individual body types, issues and needs while utilizing traditional pilates exercises & props.
PiYo: Feel like liquid steel blending Pilates, Yoga &/or Tai Chi linked together to strengthen the body & focus the mind.
Prenatal Pilates or Yoga: Safe, effective exercises to help with back pain, strength or easing in to exercise before delivery. Doctor’s clearance needed.
Prana Flow: An energetic, creative, full-spectrum class infusing classical and innovative yoga vinyasa (flow) as cultivated by Shiva Rea.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi utilizes fluid, beautiful movements to improve balance, strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory components.
Yoga Basics: Learn the essence, exercises, meditation and relaxation aspects of traditional yoga.
Yoga: Learn the basics of Hatha Yoga. Good for beginners, those needing a refresher or just a nice stretch.
