All of the classes teach you how to move and align the body in a safe, effective way.  Muscles you never knew you had will be engaged.  Concentration is on the deeper, stabilizing, core muscles of the body.  Practiced regularly, Tai chi, Yoga, Pilates and other mindbody programs can lower blood pressure, enhance mental and physical balance, improve body functions, reduce body fat, increase lung capacity and more!  Most classes offer modifications for all levels.  Call if you are not sure if a class is appropriate for you. 

 

Foundations:  Learn safety, alignment, posture, class cues and technique in this 3-hour class. Required for equipment and highly recommended for all floor classes to help you get more out of your workouts!

CORE:  Learn how to find the deeper muscles of the CORE and feel the heat! Pilates can reshape your body through control, precision and deep work!  This class will focus on individual body types, issues and needs while utilizing traditional pilates exercises & props.

Kids/Teen Yoga:  Learn self-control, discipline, respect and awareness of the mind and body while learning behaviors that will help with stress throughout life!  Ages posted on the schedule.

PiYo:  Feel like liquid steel blending Pilates, Yoga &/or Tai Chi linked together to strengthen the body & focus the mind. 

Power Yoga:  Dynamic postures connected together create a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures.

Prenatal Yoga:  Safe, effective, gentle yoga exercises to help with back pain, strength or easing in to exercise before and after delivery.

Tai Chi:  Tai Chi utilizes fluid, beautiful movements to improve balance, strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory components.

Yoga 1-2: Learn simple, effective, traditional Hatha yoga exercises, breathing, relaxation and other useful tools for improving your health and well-being.  Great for anyone to learn the basics of yoga!

Yoga Flow: Flowing, traditional yoga exercises, breathing and relaxation to enhance overall health. 

YogaFit:  Flowing yoga movements designed to improve fitness, muscle strength, flexibility and lung capacity. Always a great workout!

The Foundations program is highly recommended for all pilates and yoga classes.  All packages are pre-paid, non-refundable, and not transferable

Private: $65/hour; 5-pack/$300; 10-pack/$550                 

Semi-Private (2 max): $75/hour; 5-pack/$350; 10-pack/$650

Small Group (equipment—6 max; floor—15 max): $95/hour; 5-pack/$450; 10-pack/$850
