It is so crucial for children to learn body awareness, control, mindfulness, self-love, breathing and non-judgement during their development. It is said by the age of 7 our bodies and minds are programmed that will affect us throughout our lives. Teaching children about themselves, not from a narcissistic way, but from a self-caring approach will impact them for life. As life has become full-speed-ahead, focusing and slowing down is very important to balance the brain and body. We would love to have the opportunity to work with your child.
