Abby
Balancing family, school and teaching, Abby motivates her students to attain great benefits. Core strengthening and stretching are always a part of any pilates class and Abby loves to challenge her students with variety and accommodations for all.
Aileen
Aileen has been teaching for over 2 decades! Diving into the worlds of fitness, yoga and pilates have such a balancing effect on the mind and body. Aileen has a keen eye for detail and loves to incorporate variety in every class.

Cindy
Cindy has been an athlete all her life. She has a BSBA and Exercise Science degree and loves blending mind-body information and modern science practices. A hip injury and car accident have been great lessons in understanding the body and healing. Personal Training, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Aerial, Pole, Reiki and Kickboxing are amongst her training and certifications.
Gina
I have been practicing yoga in my personal life since 2012 and attended 200hr YTT in 2019. I feel in love the Asana limb of yoga and now I strive to share that love of yoga with my community. The classes that I teach are based in restorative and flow yoga. In these classes you will get a mix of low to moderate poses that are intended to bring awareness to the body and mind through grounding and balanced sequences.
